Private Pictures is designed with privacy at its core. Your images are encrypted on your device and never uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, access, or store your photos.
1. Introduction
Pranikash OPC Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Private Pictures mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we receive and store:

- Profile photo URL
2.2 Image Details
When you protect an image, we store:
- Image title (if you set one)
- Access control settings
- Download count
- Creation and modification timestamps
Important: What We DON'T Store
We never store, upload, or have access to your actual images. All image processing happens locally on your device.
2.3 Transaction Data
If you purchase Privacy Credits, we store:
- Credit balance
- Transaction history (purchases, usage)
- Transaction timestamps
Payment processing is handled by the respective app store. We do not collect or store payment card information.
2.4 Analytics Data
We collect analytics data including:
- App usage data (screens viewed, features used)
- Device information (device model, operating system version)
- App version
- General location (country/region level only)
- Crash reports and performance data
This data helps us improve the App and fix issues. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify individual users.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for:
- Account Management: To create and manage your user account
- Service Delivery: To provide the image encryption and access control features
- Credit System: To manage your Privacy Credits balance and transactions
- App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the App

4. How We Protect Your Data
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)

- Secure cloud infrastructure
Even if someone has a shared file and correct password, you can disable their access at any time through the App.
